CORE CRUSH (Cycle) with Heather
I got a good workout, but for me personally, this class was sensory overload! Dark windowless room, bad acoustics, loud music, instructor yelling over the music, and giant screens on the front wall. I couldn’t remember what the different colors meant from the last time I took a class here, so I was pretty lost. It’s a nice studio, but not the best spin class for me.
