Strength with Coach J was awesome! Hes very attentive to beginners and extremely helpful with ensuring proper form/performing exercises correctly. Would def visit his class again and highly recommend for those who want to get stronger. Intense but great workout!

I really enjoyed the F.I.T. Circuit workout with Coach J. He included 11 stations of simple exercises that you could do in your own basement but wouldnt do without his motivation. We did a quick warmup, then went through his circuit twice doing each activity for a minute and the third round for 45 seconds. We finished with a group cardio circuit. He made sure everyone was in proper form in a motivating and polite. When he corrected me he named muscles and explained the way it should look and feel. I will definitely go back to his class. The studio is clean, but bare bones. Coach J played good music and had a great rapport with the regulars it seemed to be a regular crowd of attendees.

Great class, good way to sweat it out
TRAIN WITH COACH J with Coach
Js class is intense, high energy and fast paced. Hes extremely positive and pushes you hard to finish out the hour class workout. Awesome vibe and motivating. The strength class relies on body weight strength with a combination of weights with limited breaks! Definitely take this class if you want to work a good sweat out and push yourself hard.
