About this studio

Club Pilates Midtown Sac is a growing Pilates family with one mission - to serve and help as many people as possible with Pilates. They are an equipment based Pilates studio with many class types, levels and times to fit all needs. They have a wide variety of equipment that is used during their classes, ranging from reformers, Exo chairs, mats and spring boards to foam rollers and Bosu balls. Great for strength, flexibility and balance. Wonderful cross-training for any sport or hobby. Many top athletes have Pilates at the top of their fitness regimen. It is designed for both men and women alike. No matter your fitness level, there is a Pilates class for you!

How to prepare

- Wear clothes comfortable to move in, but not too loose. - Grip socks are required in this studio. Bring your own or purchase in the studio (credit/debit cards only). - All equipment is provided. No need for a mat or any other equipment here. - Best parking on N Street or Capitol. Do not park in the parking lot adjacent to the building as it is for tenant use only.

What is ClassPass?
