He’s attentive and encouraging especially at the end when we lose motivation! He checks form but if you want more specific help you have to advocate for yourself. Great class every time!

see all reviewsThe USTRENGTH (weights) class was challenging in a great way, and Rodney the instructor did not disappoint as his class routines are very effective for your overall body. The class space was a bit cramped, however I love that all the Yogis in the class respected each others space in class. see all reviewsI really enjoyed my experience. The instructor greeted me right away, asked if it was my first time there, and showed me where all the supplies were at/what was needed. The workout was very beginner friendly and still challenging. I think she did great at reminding everyone to focus on slow controlled movements, and every time I forgot to engage my core she was there to remind us. I also really loved the layout of the studio! Not terribly big or small, but made perfect use of the space it has. Would definitely come back and recommend 😊

Coach Justin was incredibly helpful in getting me started with each exercise and making sure my form and execution was on point. It was such a great workout! I will definitely be going back!

I’m super new to CrossFit and lifting and he was so incredibly patient with me and offered many modifications / demo’ed to me repeatedly how to have proper form. The atmosphere was very welcoming and definitely makes me want to come back again!
