This was my first CrossFit experience and it was definitely challenging but the people + coach Michelle were welcoming and made me feel at ease. Each exercise was explained beforehand and modifications provided based on each person’s ability. I’m gonna be back cause I liked the welcoming community and the challenge of the workout!

see all reviewsThis class actually starts at 5:30pm instead of 5:15pm and was taught by Josh instead of Alex. Josh was great! I’m super new to CrossFit and lifting and he was so incredibly patient with me and offered many modifications / demo’ed to me repeatedly how to have proper form. The atmosphere was very welcoming and definitely makes me want to come back again!
