About this studio

At Chapel Hill Training, private personal training takes on a customized and focused approach, uniquely designed based on the goals of each individual client. Our certified expert trainers have worked with clients rehabbing from injury, working towards a fitness goal, or beginning a workout regimen. Our uniquely tailored approach is unlike anything you will experience at a big-box gym or other large group training facilities in the area. Our clean, inviting studio will make you feel at home from the moment you step inside. We will ensure that you are getting an excellent training session with education, form refinement, and a well-rounded approach. We will challenge you to become better with each and every session.

How to prepare

Please wear workout appropriate attire. We do have two changing rooms. Please arrive a few minutes early to speak with your instructor as well as fill out a quick liability form. Please bring a water bottle. We do have a water cooler for refills if necessary. Please come ready to workout and to learn about exercise and health! Our main objective is providing an excellent workout while also teaching the fundamentals of why exercise, certain styles, and different modalities are important!

How to get there

The studio is located on the bottom of Rosemary Village condominium complex. There is paid street parking directly across from us. After 4pm, there is a free UNC parking lot across the street.

What is ClassPass?
