Simcoe Place- on the North West corner of Simcoe and Front, down the stairs- path level. (Please be sure to check in at the desk before entering the class!)

Amazing workout but the session should be 60mins
Core Flow Yoga with Angela
Friendly staff and the instructor Angela has great energy! However, I like a bit more of a workout and this class didn’t challenge me. It was still fun and relaxing. Would be great for someone new to yoga! Also the facilities need a bit of sprucing up; the yoga mats were a bit grungy and mine did not have sufficient grip.

Zumba with Geethanjali
The teacher had a hard time following the class, seemed out of shape. She clearly doesnt have a dancing background. It was not a real zumba class. We did the V-step a hundred time. A lot of repetitions and it felt like the choreography was made by a highschool girl. Zumba is inspired by latin dances: it didnt show here. I had no fun! Not the level expected in a gym downtown TO.

What is ClassPass?
