Our parking garage is located at 211 N. Liberty Street on the left hand side of the road. Look for the 'Park Charles' garage. You'll know you've got the right entrance when you see a lion on the Park Charles sign.

I love Body Pump and Brick Bodies is fine but the woman who subbed for Jacob is the unfortunate reason while I will always have patients in my physical therapy clinic. Unsafe transitions and bizarre recommendations from telling people to lock their knees or arching their backs.

Great class. Bennie is amazing and he really makes you work hard. I wish this class was offered more than once a week!

The instructor said multiple times that this class is like cross fit - which leads me to think he has no idea what he is doing. The class was fine (it is like hip hop Zumba) but the gym harassed me to join and contacted me multiple times after the class.

This was not a body flow class it was an interval class which was good but not at all what I signed up for.

What is ClassPass?
