Reformer I Essential with Karen
Probably the best pilates class I've been to at this studio and all the other classes are already great! Karen is a phenomenal instructor. We had a small class with enough experience that she tailored it to us and it was perfection. Every pilates class should be this amazing!

This class is VERY gentle yoga. Great for seniors or if you’re recovering from an injury but not suited if you want to feel sore afterwards! Instructor was great and very welcoming though

An unbelievable reformer class with a first-class instructor! This studio is wonderful because of the beautiful space and the Pilates teachers. I always feel welcome when I drop in. This particular class was on Easter Weekend. I left feeling taller, leaner and happier. Emma-Kate was always providing correction and she’s one of the most enthusiastic instructors I’ve come across. If you’re new to reforner- try it- it could change your body and your life!

How to prepare

We offer flexible and convenient schedules, easy online booking and a wide variety of sessions. Our small class sizes allow for more one-on-one and customized instructions, ensuring that we best serve our customers and remain true to the Pilates method. Whether you’re new to Pilates or are well aware of the benefits of the method, we invite you to join us at our studio. Classes range from Restorative to more face paced advance classes like Power Machine. We are a full service studio with top of line equipment. You just have to show up!

We are located just south of Rosedale Subway station on the east side at 901 Yonge Street, 2nd Floor in unit 205 at the back of the building over looking the beautiful tree lined Rosedale Valley road.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
