How to prepare

We offer flexible and convenient schedules, easy online booking and a wide variety of sessions. Our small class sizes allow for more one-on-one and customized instructions, ensuring that we best serve our customers and remain true to the Pilates method. Whether you’re new to Pilates or are well aware of the benefits of the method, we invite you to join us at our studio. Classes range from Restorative to more face paced advance classes like Power Machine. We are a full service studio with top of line equipment. You just have to show up!

How to get there

We are located just south of Rosedale Subway station on the east side at 901 Yonge Street, 2nd Floor in unit 205 at the back of the building over looking the beautiful tree lined Rosedale Valley road.

Good workout! Definitely a challenging class but could have been a bit more difficult. The teacher was super technical and very reinforcing!

The class was amazing, and Karen was a fantastic instructor! She had me giggling throughout, because she was so engaging and fun. She also showed her deep education and understanding of anatomy. It’s challenging without, with a slow burn. Good mind-body connection required. Small class size (max 6!) Perfect for those looking to master the Spring Wall to start (was my first time).
Power Machine (Reformer Class) with Sahara
Sahara is an awesome instructor! Her cues were clear and easy to follow, she’s observant, and offers adjustments and modifications if needed to ensure you really get the most of the workout. It was a challenging class (as the name suggests), but still fun!

Karen is amazing at ensuring you are following proper form and understanding the why behind the moves. Her classes are challenging but so rewarding!! I always walk away feeling more committed, strong and energized. A must for sure!!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
