    Great class. good for beginners. included stretches and pilates. friendly instructor and front desk staff. only feedback was it was hard to see instructor demonstrating from the spot I was assigned to so I felt like I wasn't doing the moves right all the time.

    This was such a great class! Had the perfect mix of Yoga and Pilates. Really cozy and welcoming environment too! Given that it’s not a huge class with tons of people, would love to see more amplifications for those who are more advanced/intermediate in their practice! But that’s also on me!! I overall a great studio with a really attentive teacher! Would definitely be back and highly recommend it to those looking for a well rounded practice!

    I've been looking for a class that focuses solely on arms/the upper body and this was PERFECT. Grey is very nice and supportive. Good vibes! The class is super small which is great bc I don't like working out with a huge crowd. 10/10 will return!
