Love that she gave us a lot of water breaks as it was Hot Yoga session. Yoga mats are required, but they do provide yoga blocks for you in the class.

see all reviewsThe instructor is very friendly and calm. Had some trouble with the buzzer so just account for an additional 10mins. My first time with aerial yoga, felt very whimsical at first but keep in mind it is a little painful with the fabric. Definitely a challenge.
