Daytime Aerial 1
see all reviewsI had an amazing first class trying out aerial. Instructor Mac was great and really attentive. Made the class less intimidating. Didn’t realize why they had ginger candy all around because you’re upside down 80% of the time! Felt a little lightheaded after so I would suggest not doing this before work or anything important. Would definitely want to try it again though!

see all reviewsThis class was entertaining/cute. Go in with an open mind & don’t expect it to be like the underground dance studio 👀 my mom would love this class. Lots of shimmying, jazz steps, everyone was really kind. I found myself smiling the whole time.
