    Puppy Hammock Hangs

Lovely class!! There’s PUPPIES. How can you go wrong!? Sierra did a great job of teaching even with the distractions. Still got a nice stretch in and got to cuddle with the pups after! This is a rescue so they really care about their mission. Give them love!

I really love this class, wish it was 90mins 🥹 just because I feel like we have a lot of warm up time and it ends up with not a long time to practice! But it’s an amazing class and Maryna is incredible

    Afternoon Open level Aerial Hammock

I absolutely love classes with Tracey!! I've been back several times, and she always strikes the perfect balance between upbeat, supportive and pushing you to the limit of your capabilities, more and more as she gets to know you better. I highly, highly recommend!

    Beginner Pole I and II

The beginners class was a lot of fun! Bingo was really fun and patient with teaching. Half the class, including myself, were beginners, and she made sure that we were comfortable and would ensure that we were doing the moves correctly. She was very engaging and descriptive when describing moves and helped fix mistakes. I’d definitely try another class from her. In addition to that, the studio was very clean and provided a yoga mat, along with a towel and spray for cleaning. The studio seemed to be loved by regulars, which is encouraging.
