    Pole Dance Level 1

Bit of a challenging class for a beginner but the instructor was very supportive and gave us a great first experience with cool new tricks. I love the vibes and cleanliness of the studio and it was stunningly decorated. Would definitely go again to get more experienced.

    Puppy Hammock Hangs

Lovely class!! There’s PUPPIES. How can you go wrong!? Sierra did a great job of teaching even with the distractions. Still got a nice stretch in and got to cuddle with the pups after! This is a rescue so they really care about their mission. Give them love!

I absolutely love classes with Tracey!! I've been back several times, and she always strikes the perfect balance between upbeat, supportive and pushing you to the limit of your capabilities, more and more as she gets to know you better. I highly, highly recommend!

    Mixed Level Pole

Evey is one of my favourite instructors. Her energy plus expertise. She’s very attentive to everyone in the class and knows when to push you to do things you didn’t think you could in one class. She’s very supportive and positive and engaged. Inspires me to come back and do more.
