    This class was great. You could take up or down a notch depending on your energy. Although there was a lot going on in the class it wasn’t chaotic. So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

    Instructor was great, and the ambiance and aroma of the room was lovely and relaxing (gives luxury spa vibes). love the zero phone policy , everyone was respectful and no one was having side convos which is great that this studio enforces. Personally I’m not a fan of working out in a heated room as I’m prone to temperature-related headaches, but if there’s a non-heated class I will surely be a repeat client!

Older songs and sometimes known bands but lesser known songs OR well known songs but notoriously difficult notes, like Alicia Keys lol. But you can still just ride and enjoy.     It was my first time trying and the instructor made my feel welcomed, safe and comfortable. I did reversed table top and inversion for the first time ever (with some help) which was so exciting and encouraging! The classroom and the gym in general is clean, spacious and filled with natural lights, unlike most other gyms I’ve visited. If I didn’t have a gym membership already I’d sign up right away.
