Also the people in the class were helpful when I was a bit lost. I’m excited to book another class and keep improving/challenging myself!

He is engaged throughout and provides a lot of motivation and guidance (a lot of trainers these days go on their phones or zone out and he is always present). He made us laugh but at the same time, he explained the exercises really well and gave us a few tips on how to not get disqualified in a real hyrox race. I’m not a huge runner so he gave me extra time for me to do my 800m runs which was nice. I also met alot of nice people there who helped encourage me during the runs outside. I would def go again!

I would not recommend this class for a brand new beginner, but as someone that has done flow style yoga for a few months, I think it was suitable. There were some opportunities for inversions (headstands, crow, wheel) which was above my skill level but Aldrin offered modifications to make each pose more challenging.
