How to prepare

Yoga Mat if have one but the studio does have loaners. Students must arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time. We lock the doors at the start of class and students will not be allowed to join if they are late.

How to get there

Located at the back side of the shopping center. The entrance faces Lake Boone Trail between Vic's Italian Restaurant & Stage Door Dance.

What is ClassPass?
