Barre3 is functional training with a twist. Rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, pilates and yoga—barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out. How to prepare

No experience required. Classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. They supply all props needed. New clients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor.

How to get there

Located in the Brookside Shopping Plaza on the north side of 63rd Street, between Brookside Blvd. and Main Street. There is plenty of street parking and ample parking behind the studio.

My first time taking a barre class. It was really intense but the instructor was so helpful and provided modifications for my bum knee. Probably one of the best instructors Ive ever been to.

Great class! I felt challenged and worked up a sweat. The instructor provided alternatives for some of the more difficult moves making it a great class for all levels.

The format on Tues was very little work at the barre and mostly floor work. This isnt my favorite format. I like a good amount of time working at the barre.
