About this studio

Barre3 is functional training with a twist. Rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, pilates and yoga—barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out. It's known for building lean muscles, a strong core, and long-term postural benefits. Barre3 mixes athleticism, grace, and the latest innovations designed to balance the body. Their instructors guide you through a specific sequence of movements that tone and lengthen all major muscle groups, rev your heart rate, and strengthen your body. No experience required. Classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout.

How to prepare

Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. New clients should arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor. Barre3 Chapel Hill is a beautifully furnished space equipped with two bathrooms complete with toiletries. For your class needs, the studio provides towel service and purified water.

How to get there

The Chapel Hill studio is located in Village Plaza on 201 South Elliott Road. It sits directly below Berkshire Chapel Hill, adjacent to the Whole Foods shopping center. There is a dedicated parking garage, as well as some street-front parking available.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
