see all reviewsI liked the music and all the staff was welcoming and helpful. The ride was pleasant and inspiring. I liked the products in the locker room and phone chargers in the lockers. I had never been to a SoulCycle before because there isn't one where I live and I wanted to try it because there is a lot of mystique around it. On the "mystique" aspect, I was let down. There are no stats, so you can't track your power, distance, rpm, etc. It's a good solid spin class, but it's exactly like every other spin class I have been to and not worth the extra credits that it costs. I like the way the stretches are at the end. I learned a different way to do them, but again, it was nothing Earth-shaking. As a ClassPass person I was put on a bike away from other riders and I would have had a better time if I weren't separated.

Even tho the stage spotlight wasn't working, Victor walked us thru everything and totally brought the amazing energy to the entire class! His playlist and floor routine were great and not super repetitive which I appreciate. He gave a lot of helpful info for correct form and even a pep talk at the end about setting goals and accomplishments and not letting life get to you. I will take his class again

If you do like that style of working out, this is a really great class - Justin is a phenomenal instructor, the music is loud and energizing, and his cues are clear and motivating. Three of these classes and I feel like you’d see a noticeable difference.

Peter encourages you to listen to your body, move intuitively, gracefully, and powerfully.
