Power Vinyasa with Sherman
Quick pace with space for breath throughout. great adjustments. lovely teacher. Calm and to the point. I would suggest the intermediate yogi. One can take on the suggested poses/additions for the more advanced yogi. Left feeling challenged & accomplished.
Multi Intenso with David
Quick pace, beautiful view, clean studio, intense work
Hatha Flow with Victoria
the lighting in the studio was very harsh and the mats were rather dirty in the studio as well.
All Levels Vinyasa with Melini
The design of the place is pretty but maybe not great for yoga. The mats were placed down before class but looked like they weren’t cleaned since the last class. When a pose required you to step off the mat, the floor was super slippery. Not tradition vinyasa- be prepared for some more workout, repetitive movements integrated in.
All Levels Vinyasa with Melini
Felt more like a workout class rather than yoga. Personally, I found the pop music a little irritating during yoga practice. Depends what you are looking for but I prefer the ALO classes that feel more like yoga - it is a yoga studio after all.
All Levels Vinyasa with Rebecca
Great studio and teacher.
Hatha Flow with Amina
Perfect pace
