About this studio

*You will need Grip Socks for ALL classes at this studio.* The allongée® technique is a proprietary fitness technique utilising small muscle groups with large range of movement to raise the heart rate and maximize calorie (and fat) burn. allongée® has a wide variety of classes and unique use of props from their own CardioBarreBands for some extra resistance or their JUMPSPORT Rebounders to maximize the heart rate; classes are designed for efficiency with a variety of challenging strength training exercise while also focusing on increasing cardiovascular activity and endurance. Their total body workouts are designed for sustainability and efficiency; classes run for 30-60mins.

How to prepare

**ATTN: GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL classes. For your safety, they are unable to permit you into class without grip socks. Regular socks will pose a danger to you and the rest of the students at the studio. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio ($14).

How to get there

Studio entrance is on BODINE STREET, to the WEST side of the 232-234 Market Street building. Bodine is the street between the Signarama shop & 7-Eleven on Market St. Use the call box to the left of the door to gain access.

Good mix of strengthening and cardio. Although it's called "waist" away I would consider this a total body workout

This class was very very challenging for me, but MollyRose was great and very encouraging all throughout.

The entire class was on a bouncer (trampoline) with lots of combination movements. Its tough to get the jumps correct at first but Molly does all the exercises with you so you can mimic them. Great glute workout. Takes some balance and coordination.

Jillian is the best fitness instructor: encouraging and constantly challenges you. Very friendly and gets to know each person
