About this studio

*You will need Grip Socks for ALL classes at this studio.* The allongée® technique is a proprietary fitness technique utilising small muscle groups with large range of movement to raise the heart rate and maximize calorie (and fat) burn. allongée®'s unique CardioBarreBands bring some exra resistance into the mix, maximizing strength training while increasing cardiovascular activity. Their total body workouts are designed for sustainability and efficiency; classes run for 30-60mins.

How to prepare

**ATTN: GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL classes. For your safety, they are unable to permit you into class without grip socks. Regular socks will pose a danger to you and the rest of the students at the studio. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio ($14).

How to get there

Studio entrance is on BODINE STREET, to the WEST side of the 232-234 Market Street building. Bodine is the street between the Signarama shop & 7-Eleven on Market St. Use the call box to the left of the door to gain access.

Jillian is great! Pushes you to work hard. Great cardio and toning class. And fun!!

This was a great class! The 45 minutes flew by and I was sweating and shaking by the end.

This was such a fun class! So different from anything I've experienced in a fitness class before. I felt like I was working parts of my body that I'm not used to working out. And the instructor, Jillian was amazing!!

I don't care for when instructors sing along with the music. It's a bit cheesy with a small choreographed towards the end. Was a bit too short to get a great sweat on.

Form was not a priority in this class. No adjustments were made and moves were expected to be done too fast to focus on form. I did not get what I wanted out of this class.

I ended up being the only person signed up for class and Robin still gave me an awesome workout! She is a great instructor!

Great class but tough...I survived but questioned enough throughout if I was going to make it.
