About this studio

*You will need Grip Socks for ALL classes at this studio.* The allongée® technique is a proprietary fitness technique utilising small muscle groups with large range of movement to raise the heart rate and maximize calorie (and fat) burn. allongée® has a wide variety of classes and unique use of props from their own CardioBarreBands for some extra resistance or their JUMPSPORT Rebounders to maximize the heart rate; classes are designed for efficiency with a variety of challenging strength training exercise while also focusing on increasing cardiovascular activity and endurance. Their total body workouts are designed for sustainability and efficiency; classes run for 50 mins.

How to prepare

**ATTN: GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL classes. For your safety, they are unable to permit you into class without grip socks. Regular socks will pose a danger to you and the rest of the students at the studio. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio ($14). You can rent a towel for $1.

How to get there

Studio entrance is on BODINE STREET, to the WEST side of the 232-234 Market Street building. Bodine is the street between the Signarama shop & 7-Eleven on Market St. Use the call box to the left of the door to gain access.

Definitely a focused leg workout! More toning than cardio, but I could feel it afterwards.

Teacher was nice, playlist was fun, no modifications given for injuries/issues.

This class was, simply put, unachievably fast-paced. It wasnt aspirational, and Im in good shape. It was a good sweat, but was just kind of absurd. Also, the instructor showed up three minutes before class began, so I was locked out of the studio on the street for upwards of 15 minutes. There were only two of us in the class.

Thanks for your feedback. Our so SOAR! classes are definitely the most fast-paced classes offered, and while they provide an amazing calorie burn while infusing cardio and target-sculpting, they are not recommended for first timers as stated in the description. We recommend attending a sculpt or s+s class type for your first visit or two. We look forward to seeing you back at the studio soon and know you will find the sculpt/s+s classes more feasible.

Good mix of strengthening and cardio. Although it's called "waist" away I would consider this a total body workout

This class was very very challenging for me, but MollyRose was great and very encouraging all throughout.

What is ClassPass?
