About this studio

Fitness30 at 12th State, is a fast-paced workout focused on getting your heart rate elevated and maintaining it throughout the 30 mins. The focus during these 30 mins is to give you the most effective workout possible while respecting your busy schedule. You will focus on cardiovascular conditioning by using the “cardio” machines such as rowers and bikes, and also implement in a few classic CrossFit movements like burpees and squats.
