Treadmill portion was awesome, hard to miss the instructions there and the light jog-run-sprint intervals were perfect. For the floor workouts, if you don’t hear the exercises you fall behind a bit but can catch up by looking at others! Instructor talked a bit fast & the music was very loud, however I caught most of what he was saying. Definitely recommend for a fun/challenging class!

The flow was a good balance of challenge and deeper, more relaxing stretches. I enjoyed her playlist, although I’d recommend turning it down a notch or two as it was hard to hear Amie when she was speaking from the other side of the room. Love the sound bowls at the end too.

My early Sunday class was minimally attended. Angela did took into consideration my weaknesses and form flaws, and really developed the work out that was not only safe for me (I have a history of a few tweaks), but also rounded each strength move with stretches that allowed my supporting muscle groups to turn on. It was excellent.
