    I love this class! It’s a great mix of challenging strength work and stretching muscles I don’t use very often. The teacher is absolutely lovely - I appreciate that she remembers everyone’s names and is actively engaged with her class.

    Beautiful studio, fantastic teacher, great playlist, and overall perfect class! Cara is easily one of the sweetest and most encouraging yoga teachers that you will find in the DMV. I was warmly welcomed at my first visit and offered a tour of the space. Parking is easily accessible in the garage just next to the entrance. I highly recommend the studio!

    The restorative poses were well designed, but I wish there had been more explaining, or quotes, or something in general to lead the class on a mission of what we were experiencing. Also, there was a super annoying buzzing sound the entire class (maybe from a light) and I wanted it to be addressed and fixed.
