I’m not sure if this is standard for Pilates classes, but I didn’t love that they turned up the heat in the last 10 minutes— it had me racing out of there!

I am a beginner to Pilates and Shoshanna made sure to break everything down to me prior to class so I was ready. I was using muscles that I’ve never used before so it hurt in all the best ways. I would definitely return for another class.

She’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and creates such a supportive environment for growth. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve gained the strength and confidence to try binds and arm balances, things I never thought I’d be able to do!
