see all reviewsYou HAVE TO take a class with Kathryn! She teaches in a way that is accessible to new yogis, but also pays close attention to her students and offers excellent cues to help yogis of all levels understand the postures more deeply. Her flow was so beautiful, I never wanted it to end. 100 stars!

see all reviewsA wonderfully grounding practice. We started a little late because the class before ran over and the students stood around talking. A lot of frenetic energy but Jenny was so kind in graciously asking the chatty Kathys to move along. After the room cooled down and the practice began it was amazing. I’d never tried Reiki and the combination of it with a restorative practice was just perfect in this winter season. 💙🧘🏼♂️

see all reviewsLoved the class but I would say it’s not appropriate for anyone who isn’t familiar with Pilates form, as it takes for granted pretty intermediate knowledge. Could’ve used more specificity of what my body should be doing and feeling, as Pilates is so precise.

see all reviewsWonderful vibe. I enjoyed the balance of stretch and strengthen. Truly a great class for a beginner. However she gave different moments to level up the move so I had various options to challenge myself when wanted. Also due to small class size the teacher is really able to see you and make adjustments. Great atmosphere!
