see all reviewsLoved this class. Mark has such an awesome welcoming style. Temperature was just right. For those who are not familiar, OG hot yoga is different than what many people are used to with flows and sun, salutations, etc. there are a specific set of poses and you get into them and hold them. I feel amazing afterwards. Will definitely be back!

see all reviewsThis was my first time at Heatwise, and I loooved the practicing with Amy !!! I also loved the flow. Sometimes I felt like the flow went a little too fast for hot yoga, but that did not take away from my experience. So fun and refreshing !! Notable mention to the bidet in the bathroom ! Hahaha

see all reviewsI went into this class a little nervous that I would get restless during the long poses but was pleasantly surprised! The class was very well led and I haven’t been that relaxed in ages. It was so nice to disconnect from a busy weekend and just let the body relax. I will definitely be back!

see all reviewsBlake is obviously really seasoned as an instructor and is comfortable directing the room. There’s always a sense of everything going off without a hitch and according to plan. We move a bit more quickly than I’m used to—even for vinyasa—but it’s still a manageable pace. Generally, class structure starts slow, then picks up a little speed with each iteration of the flow, then there’s a point where the repetition sort of locks into your muscle memory and it’s almost like we’re doing a kind of yoga choreography, hit the peak pose (which Blake demos at the beginning of class), and then winds down and caps off with a longer savasana/meditation. Accommodating and friendly vibe. I always leave with a bounce in my step!

Overall lots of equipment but busy location and you may have to work in with people if you need specific equipment. Number of lockers also limited and need to bring your own lock.
