    75 Minute Flow + Restore

Chris is a great teacher. Just be prepared for very detailed instruction and holding each pose for a bit. He's a very active coach who speaks a lot during class. (This does not mean he's annoying at all. It just may not be the kind of class some Y7 yogis are looking for.)

    Original Hot Yoga 75

This class is incredible. Focused on really effective and challenging postures and felt so sweaty and refreshed after. Bonus: the towels are included and a cold eucalyptus towel was given at the end!

Hot Vinyasa All Levels (In Studio Class)

Daniel was a great teacher. He was very clear with instructions for each pose and, and with providing suggestions for adjustments. The music was also the right volume and was relaxing/ wasn’t too distracting. The hands-on adjustments were much appreciated too!

    Some Like it Hot

This was my first time at Heatwise, and I loooved the practicing with Amy !!! I also loved the flow. Sometimes I felt like the flow went a little too fast for hot yoga, but that did not take away from my experience. So fun and refreshing !! Notable mention to the bidet in the bathroom ! Hahaha

    C1 - CorePower Yoga 1 - NYC

Zoe G lead an amazing flow for her 1:30pm Sunday level 1 class. I was brand new to core power and was worried it would be too hot (this is the non heated one) it was about 90° but I was able to complete the class. It challenged me and relaxed me at the same time! 10/10 would recommend

Christina was a fantastic instructor. She made the room beautiful and it was heated but not unbearable. She was very clear about what each pose was so I didn’t need to even look to see what she was doing because her instructions were very clear. I will absolutely take this class again.
