    Suuuuuch a good class ! Instructor was incredible too. I love how this class really works EVERY part of your body. My only qualm is I wish the studio was a little cleaner but unfortunately the class is so good that I’ll keep coming back anyway. I will be gatekeeping this place tho🤫 definitely coming back & would totally take this instructor a million times over again!

    Get Ready, Get Real!- Intro Class

    A reasonably comprehensive intro to real pilates (classical) routines. Instructor’s warm vibe, skillfully coached, detailed run through made the onboarding class feel less tedious. While session bordered on rigorous and intensive at times, hit perfect for an active rest day nonetheless, in this abbreviated/slower intro format. Have taken mostly contemporary pilates and megaformer so wanted to sample its underpinning—a more source specific classic Joe Pilates stylee—didn’t love it, felt a bit staid and dated from the uncomfortable foot bar (yikes on tip toes) to the (effective and efficient yet) somewhat unnecessarily awkward body positioning. That said, would defo be interested in taking several more classes before deciding if it’s a miss for me or simply requires further acclimation.
