    DEFINEbounce

It was my first time to try this class and it was really fun! It's fun to use the mini tramp although it takes some getting used to as I felt like at anytime I was gonna push my feet to wide and fall off- but I didn't. I liked the end when we were quickly moving on the trampoline to music- it almost felt like we were dancing. The whole thing wasn't on the tramp- you also used weights off of it and a little at the bar. I will definitely try this again and bring a tighter hair tie to keep my hair up with all the bouncing!

I love this class, even though I can barely get through it. It’s fast paced and burns your arms, legs, core, and back. I have to a take few breaks, but I can feel my body burning in a good way! Savannah is so good and really designs amazing classes. Every time I go, the moves are different and it doesn’t get boring.

This teacher did more shoulder exercises than I like (shes bulky and strong so that probably comes easier to her). But the cardio was great and I worked up a sweat even more than I usually do in Barre3 class and I burned over 500 calories. So its a trade off because I wouldve really liked more concentrated bicep-tricep work but the sweat was really good.

I been to three different barre studios/franchises now and this may be my favorite one. I like how welcoming the atmosphere is (other studios come off a bit elitist) and how the workouts are slower paced and more conventional (but still effective - you will still work your muscles to fatigue!). One thing that did surprise me though was how little barre work we actually did; I would say 70% of the class was done on the mat... which was perfectly fine but just an interesting observation for a barre class. All in all, this was more my style relative to other popular barre chains... I cant wait to come back!

Crazy fun, and a killer cardio workout. I was pretty spent at the halfway mark, but just kept following Doug's #1 rule of having fun. Though the class goes at high intensity for the full hour, you can always take it down a notch or just walk in place for awhile.
