I love this class, even though I can barely get through it. It’s fast paced and burns your arms, legs, core, and back. I have to a take few breaks, but I can feel my body burning in a good way! Savannah is so good and really designs amazing classes. Every time I go, the moves are different and it doesn’t get boring.

I was unsure about SALT as someone who went to many Dailey method classes. I assumed they would be the same, but theyre not. SALT is much harder and faster-paced than Dailey classes were. Stunning studio in center city. Very spacious with lots of amenities (showers, towels, etc.) Barre3 is more of a cardio style class, less emphasis on weights. Brooke is a friggin rockstar of an instructor - by far one of the best at physique, along the lines of Erin Bellis, Ashlea P + Jenn W. She’s absolutely relentless with her profiles, using the most of the hour to get in more sets / reps, with zero time wasted, quick transitions + concise cueing during position setup. Every position flows into the next one seamlessly + theres no way you won’t feel the burn during her class! The 1st section of Thighs alone covered round back chair into incline, to rocking chair, then flat back chair. Killer! Loved how she switched up the normal format and covered round back core work with the band before glutes. Wish I could take her more often. Newer instructors + those who teach a less intense Sig II desperately need to learn from her.

My first class with Jordan and she was great, like all Barre3 teachers. Her Chas was much more cardio and burned over 400 calories in 50 minutes. She had a 10 minute stretching section that was great and I didn’t mind that it was longer than most since we got such a good workout in beforehand. She has a soothing voice and does a lot of corrections so everyone received attention. I highly recommend Jordan’s class!

    barre3

Best class I’ve taken so far! Becca is a very motivating instructor. The room temperature stayed warm so I sweat a lot! This class was very core and cardio centered with relaxing yoga and breathing at the end of class.
