Literally the only suggestion I could possibly make is to have a cut off for people showing up late. I think because the exercises are on the screen people don’t feel the need to show up on time and watch the demonstrations and do the warm-up. It can be distracting when people are coming in late - sometimes even as the workout is starting.

The Lenox location doesnt give proper directions. Thankfully I was early because I rode around the mall for 10 minutes. I called twice, no answer. Luckily I saw two people dressed up in workout clothes and asked them if they knew where it was and they were able to guide me. (Bottom floor of the garage at Lenox mall). 2. This isn’t beginner friendly. It moves very quickly and you need to know what to semi do. The trainers were sweet and definitely went around the room helping, but all I kept thinking in between dying during reps is that a beginner would probably be overwhelmed. But overall fantastic class and I’m looking forward to coming back!

There is a lot of flexibility to change things up and even in the sets a lot of options are given (for example the cardio between sets offered 200m dash outside, pull ups, or some rowing type machine). He pushes you to perform your best and increase weights throughout sets to really fatigue muscle groups out. High impact workout in a short amount of time. They offer free water bottles which is really nice.

I really appreciated how she took the extra time to correct my form (whenever she could) or explain to me how to use certain things. I know there’s a lot of people in her class and she really didn’t have to. I wasn’t entirely sure if I enjoyed the super fast pace at first (it was my first class like this and it was at no fault of the studio or anything they did - this is all very new to me) BUT I think I’ll be back! It’s a huge challenge and really great workout. I definitely see what the hype is about and it will definitely make you sweat! Also Paige at the front desk is a gem. Very sweet.
