But the classes more often than not finish 5 mins or more late, which in the morning makes it a bit stressful trying to get to work on time when you’re already trying to squeeze a pre-work class in. And therefore it’s also hard to relax during savasana. It kind of undoes all the relaxation of the class. It would be great if classes could finish on time.

Gus, the instructor, was so welcoming. He was very great at explaining the exercises and giving advice on form, as well as setting up the equipment for the. In general, just very sensitive to my (distinct!) lack of knowledge and know how which made it all the easier to be trying something new.
