About this studio

At Momentum, fitness is an integral part of everyday life. We offer a wide range of training formats and classes for all levels and abilities, including CrossFit classes, conditioning classes, a barbell club, gymnastics classes and personal training (Small Group & 1-2-1). MetCon will involve simple conditioning classes that are aimed at getting you moving on the basics, yet still working hard. Our trial CrossFit classes will introduce you to a Barbell and the education behind using it to gain strength, mixed in with a conditioning workout to finish off with. How to prepare

Wear clothes you can train in (obvs) and bring some water and a towel if you want to shower afterwards. We have changing rooms if you want to get changed here. You can leave your bag on the side of the class.

How to get there

Arch 328, Stean Street is 2 minutes away from Haggerston Railway Station, just off Kingsland Road in Hackney.

The teacher wasn’t who it said it would be! It was a Lady named Claudia and she was very helpful an pleasant.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
