    Job’s leg day classes are always good. The warm up is helpful and he leads a cool down when there’s time and the class is larger. He’s attentive and encouraging especially at the end when we lose motivation! He checks form but if you want more specific help you have to advocate for yourself. Great class every time!

    P2O Hot Pilates - UPSTAIRS

    This was my first class at P2O and wow, it was intense in the best way! I’ve done plenty of hot yoga classes, but this was my first time trying hot pilates, and it definitely challenged me (in a good way). I had to take a few quick rests, but I wasn’t the only one, and the energy in the room was super encouraging. The only thing I’d suggest is possibly limiting class size just a bit, our mats were really close together, and with all the movement (and the heat!), things got a little tight. I noticed the floor around our mats got pretty slick, which made me a bit more aware of how close we all were. Totally understand that the demand is high though, and it’s great to see so many people showing up! All in all, amazing workout and I’ll definitely be back!

This is located inside the gym where you go to the back and there’s a room for group classes. I’ll be back to experience more of this spin class. It’s more of a total body workout with more movement of the arms and I didn’t need special shoes. Bring your own towel if needed! Plenty of parking.

    Great studio! Very welcoming and comfortable. I went to my first class this past week and the other women in the class were super nice and welcoming. Peggy was awesome as well! This was my first in-person barre class and it was so fun! The movements were great, challenging but I didn’t feel like I was going to die AND the playlist that was going was amazing, I seriously couldn’t stop dancing and singing along. 12/10 recommend this studio— especially a class with Peggy!

Wendy was an incredible instructor—super detailed with her instructions and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Her energy was so encouraging, and she made the class fun while also keeping us focused on form. I really appreciated how much emphasis she placed on safety, especially since it was my first time. I love seeing a community of women coming together to uplift each other and though I was new, both Alison and the other students were welcoming and encouraging. A few things to keep in mind - bring your own towel, water bottle and mat cause otherwise you will be doing the warmup on their carpeted floor where others have walked with shoes (including you) and I wish I had got my mat. And anytime a workout is new or challenging or triggering any past pain or injuries you are given modifications.
