Ventilation system

Our heating system is unlike any other yoga studio in Folsom and surrounding areas. At Spotted Dog Yoga the heat is evenly distributed throughout the room with special ducting, the humidity & heat levels are controllable to our specific settings, & carbon dioxide levels are monitored & controllable.
