He’s attentive and encouraging especially at the end when we lose motivation! He checks form but if you want more specific help you have to advocate for yourself. Great class every time!

The class space was a bit cramped, however I love that all the Yogis in the class respected each others space in class. see all reviewsI really enjoyed my experience. The instructor greeted me right away, asked if it was my first time there, and showed me where all the supplies were at/what was needed. The workout was very beginner friendly and still challenging. I think she did great at reminding everyone to focus on slow controlled movements, and every time I forgot to engage my core she was there to remind us. I also really loved the layout of the studio! Not terribly big or small, but made perfect use of the space it has. Would definitely come back and recommend 😊

She let me know where to find everything and answered any questions I had. It was nice to have a friendly face at 5am! The gym was very clean and the equipment is well kept. Members of the gym are very respectful of others.

Elizabeth was a fantastic teacher! I especially appreciated her affirming style and encouraging breaks. This was a great high intensity, low impact workout for someone who usually sticks to yoga and Pilates as I try to get my body back to its pre-pandemic condition.

I’m definitely coming back to this class and the trainer was very easy to understand, and was focused on posture and doing it right and teaching. I would definitely recommend this class for someone who is just starting out and even if you’re not this class will still give you a lot of energy afterwards, but also a challenge.
