    Cardio Barre

This was my first class with Hannah-May and she was AMAZING! It was also my first time doing cardio barre and I loved the way Hannah-May encouraged the class and her cues were perfect! Best music during the workout! Such a great workout and I’m so excited for my next class! My new favourite instructor!

perfect experience!! as a first timer, this class was so intimidating to me but Riley made it so much less scary, she gave very clear cues and she made sure the flow was good for everyone in the class no matter which station you’re at

Christiana’s classes are not for the faint of heart, but they’re excellent for anyone who’s got some experience with spin. She makes you WORK but she pushes you to just do your best and you feel amazing after you leave. Also, if you’re a millennial wanting to relive your youth (like me) or if you love dancehall (also me), she chooses some absolute bangers. Overall it’s a challenging but very upbeat class.

Pacing is Dana’s class was soo good! some soin classes I’ve been to are so hard that I just felt defeated the entire class, and some have no variety so I’m bored the whole class - but Dana’s class is the middle ground where I felt challenged but could mange to bring myself up to do everything she challenges us to do. Definitely recommend

Extremely sweet instructor. Admittedly the class was a bit chaotic due to some last minute changes (couldn’t catch it properly) but the studio immediately provided a free class to make up for it, which is really appreciated and speaks to their integrity.

    Reformer Flow

I've done reformer at larger studios and I personally loved that this reformer class was more intimate. I've really enjoyed Katherine's classes, Barre and Reformer Flow. The workout itself is amazing, leaves you shaking, and she's very good at going around to ensure proper form and to give you that little boost of confidence. Will definitely add this to my routine at Loft!

I think I’m becoming obsessed with Shani’s classes!! I love her messaging throughout the class, her energy is unparalleled, and her music is just so fun. Highly recommend her classes! Some studio feedback though- the spin room gets way too hot, they need to either add fans or fix their AC. This has been an ongoing problem and it really takes away from the experience

    Barre

First time doing a barre class and I LOVED it. Niky was great! She reminded us how our form should be and really motivated us. If it’s your first time, she’ll remind you to go on your own pace but if you’re experienced or even in better shape, she will ask you to take it up a level. Definitely a class suitable for all levels. And the studio is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and this is random, but I really love the hand soap they use😂 thanks Loft, can’t wait to be back!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Garsons boot camp class. It is accessible while still very challenging. He is engaged throughout and provides a lot of motivation and guidance (a lot of trainers these days go on their phones or zone out and he is always present). The class is designed with unique movement patterns and time increments and as a result the variety distracts me from the hard work being put in. Cannot recommend it enough!!

    Music Theme Ride

I was honestly nervous walking into my first-ever cycling class, but the moment John and the rocket cycle team greeted me with that big, energetic smile, all the nerves disappeared. John made me feel completely welcome and at ease, explaining the bike setup and giving me some quick tips before class started. That alone made a huge difference. Then the music kicked in—and wow. The entire room came alive, and John led us through a ride that was equal parts challenging, inspiring, and fun. His energy is off the charts, and he somehow knows exactly when to push you and when to cheer you on. John doesn’t just teach a class—he creates an experience. He made me feel like I belonged, like I could do this, and like I just accomplished something amazing. I cannot wait for my next one!

Courtney’s class was so marvellous, the perfect combination of stretches I needed to start my day — especially the spine, shoulder, and heart opening work. I left feeling so much better than when I arrived. I loved that she dimmed the lights during savasana so we could tune into our bodies by candlelight. Looking forward to more classes with Courtney before her baby arrives.
