This might have been my fav class taken in the Sun Room at Solis! I loved Sara’s energy, playlist, and chitchats throughout class (asking about our plans for the weekend, TV series watched, etc…it helped time to pass and keep me distracted). The workout was solid and I was sooooooo sweaty. Would have loved it if she’d opened the door partway through just for a wee bit of fresh air. I found the music a bit too loud but unlike some of the other instructors, I could still hear Sara’s cues and voice well enough to follow along. I really feel like I got a full-body workout with every muscle group targeted. Thanks and see you again!

    4:1 Group Reformer - Lv.2

I've been attending Yeonji’s class every week for the past month, and she is truly the best! Her cues are clear and precise, with a strong emphasis on posture and proper form, which makes a huge difference. She's the most caring and attentive Pilates instructor I've ever had, and her Level 2 class always pushes me to break a sweat in the best way. I highly recommend taking her class!

    Spinal Mobility

Instructor is very knowledgeable. I have a spinal cord injury and my back always feels AMAZING when I leave the class. The class is very rehabilitative and focused on core strength and slower movements. A+++++

    Reformer First Form-Beginner

I’ve tried their one week unlimited promo before using my class pass credit & this place is very welcoming. Valeriia was clear with her instructions & was very attentive to our form! She helped deep stretch us out at the end which was brutal but so releasing. Highly recommend this studio overall 🥹
