Sam led a great class! Unfortunately there were two girls in the class that talked over the music through EVERY. SINGLE. TRACK. which was incredibly distracting. I thought it was common sense but maybe the front desk should remind new riders that it’s not appreciated.

Love Rebecca! She’s has great energy, instruction and music. Although there was someone in class that was a little distracting since they were beating to their own drum and checking their mobile constantly. There’s rules for that

    Oh My Quad Ride 75

Killer class, glad they added it! Micheline does a good job of keeping the energy levels up though her counts are inconsistent and some pushes end up during song transitions which suck bc that’s when you need music the most. Just an FYI for newbies to Quad, this place is no frills compared to your Spinco, Spokehaus etc places. You get your own towels, you clean and reset your bike after. That being said it’s all about form and you’ll get a crazy work out, there’s no dancing on a bike or weights. Just don’t do that, you’ll look ridiculous! Best spin gym in the city!

If you wanna feel like a super hero running through Armageddon for to save your life amongst others, this class is for you. There’s no way you can defy Serena’s infectious spirit in pushing you through the insurmountable. And the soundtrack doesn’t hurt either. You can’t lose. LOVE the sweat, the push and the relief at the finish line all the same.

Good class - i likes the music and the mix of hills, climbs, sprints and choreography. Pretty hot - could use more fans. Studio layout could be better. Lockers are right beside spin class entrance/exit creating traffic jams while there is all this unused space at the front of the studio where they sell a few merch items. Nice bikes and shoes.

Fun class with Anastasia! Not as challenging as the previous class I did with her, but still got pushed pretty hard. She challenges her students on technique, speed and strength, and has a great playlist (not PG, which is what Im all about - hardcore rap fits this class perfectly). There are no cutting corners with Anastasia; shell make you do it over and over until you do it right!

After four consecutive days of hard workouts, Roll Out was a gift. It’s like a sports massage: it doesn’t always feel good while it’s happening, but the benefits after are essential. Instruction and pacing were on point, and the studio vibe is encouraging and fun. I’ll be back!

Emily as a really high energy instructor and very accommodating of new students. The class was definitely exhilarating and well-paced. The self-settings lockers are kind of small but there are hooks for coats and bigger bags. Showers and bathrooms (non-gendered) are really clean. It's good to know that Torq doesn't rent shoes but you can use regular running shoes (just make sure you're well-strapped in).
