Tammara is just the best. I love her flow and her music!! She obviously has a dance background and her power classes are so graceful it almost makes me feel like I’m taking a lyrical master class, but yoga!! My retired dancer heart is obsessed! It’s probably a bit challenging for those new to yoga, but 10/10 recommend.

I love your beautiful studio and classes. Sarah is also a sweet instructor. Unfortunately I need to pause on coming because I’ve gotten 2 parking tickets (I parked just a few mins before 8 in front of the studio) and then last night my friend got his car windows bashed in last night. I just feel like it’s such a great studio but unfortunately the neighborhood problems have become an issue.

    Music Video Cycle

Wonderful instruction and fun idea. I cycle a lot, and it’s a lot of fun how different instructors entertain and challenge during a class. I will say unfortunately the music/music videos were not at all my taste (alt-rock, pop-punk, and EDM predominantly) but it wasn’t lost on me that the instructor did try to mix genres, and I can’t fault her at all for my personal taste. Please do themed rides, this is such a fun idea!

Full Body VIBE (on the mat)

I loved the space, there's a full bathroom, a sauna, and a cold plunge. They provide mats and mat towels. The workout room was hot to the point that it got hard to breathe with 6 other people in the room. Gianna's class was intense but with room to adapt and take it at a personal pace. The branding of the class was accurate as it wasn't traditional yoga but rather a good mat workout. I loved the views of the Olympics as I came to and from class.

    Barre

I really enjoy how Fremont Health Club is kind of janky. It's not like a modern studio with black walls & neon lights. Things often start late (including today's class) or are just a bit disorganized (instructor's tiny dog walking around). And it's cheap! I just love it. Barre was a good workout and with the classpass discount, you can't afford NOT to try it. I'm very glad to have such a gem of a gym in Fremont.

Beginner Flight | Level 1 | Central District

This was my first time ever doing Ariel yoga and I had a blast! Fae is an amazing instructor and definitely made me feel very safe with everything we were doing. She often emphasized that we do not have to do or perform every movement that was being shown to us, and that we can make this practice what we want, and in doing that we will get out of it what we want! I loved it mainly because it made me feel like a little kid again! It was a crazy experience to let go and trust the silk. I will say, I was definitely expecting the experience to be all around a bit softer, especially regarding the silk, and it was not. I definitely was slightly bruised and very sore around my hips and lower back area for about the next three days. But it’s not enough to scare me away! I’ll be back again soon 😍🙌🏽

The space was calm, inviting, intimate, and cozy. Emily greeted me so warmly and helped me feel right at home. The setup was so meticulously done and clean. The class was exactly what I needed, and Emily’s guidance and instruction was kind and clear. Emily’s beautiful voice is incredibly soothing, and she began the class with a mantra and ended the class with a song. Emily also checked in around appropriate times to make sure I was comfortable, and it is very obvious that Emily cares deeply about consent. I highly recommend this class and am looking forward to returning!
