Mindful Yin Yoga
see all reviewsLeah was wonderful. I wish I lived closer to the studio so I could come more often! But definitely hope to be back. The studio was clean and well-stocked with props. The atmosphere was friendly - even early on a Sunday morning, I loved seeing people connecting with each other and making an effort to connect with me. Leah guided us through a beautiful yin practice, drawing our attention to the energetic body. A perfect start to the day.

see all reviewsLinnea's candlelight Restore and Hatha classes are like what you'd find in LA - - a little bit elevated beyond the typical yoga in Seattle that's so focused on a hardcore workout. I go to Barry's for my workout, I want an energetic shift and a rebalancing of my nervous system from my yogaso I can enter a more meditative state. Linnea delivers.

see all reviewsLoved the class. The ambiance was nice and dark to set you in a calming mood. The instructor did a great job leading the class and then walking around to correct form if needed. But also let you know that if you didn’t want to be touched you wouldn’t be. The room is warm and I was sweating but the cold towel in the end felt so good.

see all reviewsSUCH a great zen class!! i appreciate how focused she is on body sensations, it was helpful to know where I should be feeling pinches, stretches, etc. It was a little warm in the studio, but the instructor turned that into something positive by setting a shared intention to *melt.* Totally reframed how I approached my practice today, and changed it for the better !!
