see all reviewsIt was my first time at MOOV Sanctuary, and I felt welcomed and accepted, as I enjoy yoga but I don’t attend a regular yoga class (yet!). I loved that Nina was so patient and talked through everything, even suggesting minor adjustments when possible. The small class went at a good pace and focused on mindfulness. Plus, the studio itself was so clean and aesthetically pleasing. I’m hoping to take another class with Nina soon, I highly recommend her!!

see all reviewsLoved the class. The ambiance was nice and dark to set you in a calming mood. The instructor did a great job leading the class and then walking around to correct form if needed. But also let you know that if you didn’t want to be touched you wouldn’t be. The room is warm and I was sweating but the cold towel in the end felt so good.

The class was exactly what I needed, and Emily’s guidance and instruction was kind and clear. Emily’s beautiful voice is incredibly soothing, and she began the class with a mantra and ended the class with a song. Emily also checked in around appropriate times to make sure I was comfortable, and it is very obvious that Emily cares deeply about consent. I highly recommend this class and am looking forward to returning!
