Y6 Power
see all reviewsTammara is just the best. I love her flow and her music!! She obviously has a dance background and her power classes are so graceful it almost makes me feel like I’m taking a lyrical master class, but yoga!! My retired dancer heart is obsessed! It’s probably a bit challenging for those new to yoga, but 10/10 recommend.

see all reviewsDidn't let my friend in. Someone stayed from the class before without a reservation and instead of making that guy leave, the owner let him stay and did not let my friend in as the class was completely full. What a bummer for her. My favorite studio and teacher in Seattle though. Just need to prioritize those who actually make reservations??

see all reviewsMorganne brings the most wonderful energy. Yoga for me is rooted in challenge and relaxation. The fusion class really is a great mix of physical challenge and playfulness, grace, and peace; as a longtime yoga student, I loved her various twists on traditional vinyasa flow/power, which reinforced the idea that there was no “assigned” way to do anything, and therefore no reason to not try a challenge. Also, I loved the music! Properly engaging without being imposing. Huge fan of this format and of Morganne! Thank you!

see all reviewsNatalia is so skillful. Her hatha class is a slow mellow flow that really gives you space and length within the body. The use of props aided in getting deeper into the pose in a safer way. It was the perfect way to move my body before my international flight.

Always makes sure the class knows they are able to do whatever is comfortable for them, and creates a sense of connection and community before starting the flow. see all reviewsJackie is such a fun instructor! And she did a great job helping me modify for an injury. Personally I would prefer if more of the class was stretching (it was about 10 mins stretch after 35 mins warm-up/HIIT) but I really enjoyed it and will likely take it again soon.

see all reviewsThis was my first class (Vinyasa flow) at Yoga6 and I really enjoyed it! The front desk staff showed me around and helped me get set up. Hannah’s instruction was articulate and thoughtful. I sweat myself silly but felt so good and like I had definitely got my money’s worth afterwards. I will definitely be back.

see all reviewsThis was my first time ever doing Ariel yoga and I had a blast! Fae is an amazing instructor and definitely made me feel very safe with everything we were doing. She often emphasized that we do not have to do or perform every movement that was being shown to us, and that we can make this practice what we want, and in doing that we will get out of it what we want! I loved it mainly because it made me feel like a little kid again! It was a crazy experience to let go and trust the silk. I will say, I was definitely expecting the experience to be all around a bit softer, especially regarding the silk, and it was not. I definitely was slightly bruised and very sore around my hips and lower back area for about the next three days. But it’s not enough to scare me away! I’ll be back again soon 😍🙌🏽
