Mike is SUCH a great soundbath instructor! he's really focused on making it a good experience. some instructors focus on the general benefits of soundbath, which is fine, but I like Mike's focus on how to get comfy.

Heather had an amazing flow for this class- I really appreciated the thought that obviously went into her sequencing in terms of actual, widely applicable bodily function (she worked some interesting variations of poses specifically to target glute & hamstring activation). I never once felt rushed, which I often do in yoga classes these days. Will definitely be back!

Everyone was so welcoming! It was my first time at this studio and they gave me a tour right away and explained their amenities. Instructor was encouraging and walked around to demonstrate the movements too. She also emphasized listening to your body and utilizing the class for your body’s needs. Will definitely be coming back!

This was the best yoga class I have ever taken, with the best instructor! Yiran was a kind and welcoming structure. For every new face she saw in class, she checked in with them on giving the overview of the class, and your current condition. the studio itself is clean and nice.

I’ve been to the studio a few times. I love the instructors and classes. The studio does get pretty cold, so I always bring a sweater. I hate that the studio gets cold. It’s definitely not hot yoga. Other than that, I recommend going here.

My first time at the studio and very pleased with the environment and Caleb. He started the practice with intention and spiritual connection which is different than other studios which I appreciate. The space is clean, assorted accessories for use, and calming. I’ve been seeking a studio with vinyasas in the day time and this class meets all my expectations. I highly recommend beginners to advance yogis as the practice meets us where we’re at.

True to its name, this was a soul healing experience. Deeply restorative and allowed my very tight muscles to gently release. The sound was calming and ambiance was beautiful. I loved that it was a small, intimate space, which created a warm, community feel while still allowing me to focus on myself and my practice. Emily is inviting and offered various ways for us to make the poses comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great energy and motivation from the instructor. Challenging yet doable, you can modify based on your level. Liked that ab work was incorporated. Great choice for a Sunday evening and/or someone who is in menstrual phase and needs to workout but doesn't have a ton of energy for cardio or weight lifting.
