    I loved how this class had a different level of difficulty. Thoroughly enjoyed adding more resistance to the wheel frequently and focusing more on strength and less on crazy choreography. This felt incredibly challenging and Carena’s energy was on point! Can’t wait to come back.

    Class format was 4 stations with 4 exercises at each station. Every exercise was for 1 min so didn’t get bored but movements were simple enough that I was feeling it. Things like goblet squats, curtesy lunges, med ball slams and weighted step ups. Room has screens with the exercises so felt pretty organized. Room has a countdown clock as well, but it wasn’t working today. Instructor was a bit hard to hear but he had great energy nonetheless.

    Daniel is an amazing instructor. He’s a great dancer and has such amazing energy and I love how he brings so many different people on stage to dance with him. He’s one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. When I come back to Seattle I always want to go back to his class.

    Candlelight Restorative Yoga - LOVE IS LOVE - Pride themed

    This class was super relaxing and calming. Just what my body needed after a stressful week. The instructor was amazing, inspiring and delivered an amazing class. The space is modern, roomy and has great mood lighting. I might have to make this a regular part of my workout routine. Just wish we could do 75 or 90 minutes!

    First time at this studio: loved it! They are very numbers-based (like the old Flywheel) and pushed me way harder than some of the more dance-y spin studios (Soul cycle, City cycle). While sometimes I take other spin classes to just chill in the back in the dark, I’ll be keeping this place in mind for my “hard” workout days.
