    Pilates Reformer Grooves

Pivot might be my new fave Pilates studio — it’s so cute, tons of parking, and the instructors are so knowledgeable. Drea has a great eye for giving us little adjustments that made a huge difference. Fun & challening!

Full Body VIBE (on the mat)

Friendly suggestion to not use terminology like “prisoner squats”. It’s not really appropriate and made me kind of uncomfortable when it was being repeated over and over in class. I love sanctuary though and would highly recommend! Just wanted to share this feedback 😊

This was a great workout! It was guided with good instruction but you could tailor the workout to your abilities. Stacy was a helpful and knowledgeable instructor. She brought good energy and encouragement without being overbearing. Good music too!

First time at this studio! The space is wonderful and the instructor Elena was great. I loved how it was a full body work out and I really enjoyed this class! The only feedback I have is to have more mirrors.

    Reformer: Beg/Int

First of all my fave Pilates studio in Seattle! I’ve been taking the beginner classes for a few months and just did this beg/int for the first time. She was a great instructor and I definitely feel comfortable taking it again. Lots of great feedback that I understood well and actually improved my movements/posture. Smaller classes too which helps to keep more of a focus on individuals!

Really great class and great instructor. It was fast paced, but too fast, instructions were clear and easy to follow. The gym itself appeared clean and front desk was friendly. Will for sure come back.

    H.I.I.T & Stretch

Jackie is such a fun instructor! And she did a great job helping me modify for an injury. Personally I would prefer if more of the class was stretching (it was about 10 mins stretch after 35 mins warm-up/HIIT) but I really enjoyed it and will likely take it again soon.

Justin was great! He explained the movements very well and went around the room helping people to comfortably adjust and fix their poses! It was my first time attending a yoga class and it was pretty beginner friendly.

    Strength plus Conditioning

Great, very personal training by knowledgeable PT. Focused on real strength moves: heavy sets of 6-8 reps with time in between. Excited to find a classplass place that does pure strength and not circuit style or CrossFit metcon style. This will be part of my regular routine.

    Beginners Class

I really liked Celeste’s demeanor. I felt like she and the other students just leaving her class before mine, were all friendly and glad. Celeste has a happy way about her, which made the class feel open and doable for me. The workout itself was plenty of work for me as a newbie. She was great about helping me better position my poses while being attentive to the other student too. I also liked the space itself as it was very sunny and I appreciated that she had the windows open for fresh air. I will definitely return.
