CP Reformer Flow 1
Nice class and studio. I would try again but was slightly frustrated that the class basically worked one muscle group over and over. Usually reformer Pilates is more balanced.
CP Reformer Flow 1
The class pass schedule was incorrect. the fun was nice enough to schedule me for another day. I'll get back about the class after I actually take it.
CP Reformer Flow 1
Not challenging at all, waste of time
CP Reformer Flow 1
Instructor was great! I think Im looking for a more challenging workout than pilates.
CP Reformer Flow 1
not challenging
CP Reformer Flow 1
I love how clean and modern the studio is. This class was all beginners so the instructor went over many different exercises and went slowly to give us time to correct our form and better understand what we're doing. Very beginner friendly.
CP Reformer Flow 1.5
Felt more like a 2 class than a 1.5
CP Cardio Sculpt 1.5
Karen is a great instructor, really positive and demonstrates movements. Helpful to those new to the class. Even more focus on alignment and hands on adjustments would be helpful.
CP Cardio Sculpt 1.5
Great class. Felt like a great combination of strength and tone from Pilates and light cardio from the jumping. Studio was immaculate - all the equipment was new and in very good condition. Instructor helped me make a lot of modifications to accommodate injuries.
CP Reformer Flow 1
Really good focus on form and alignment. Definitely an intro class and good if youve never done Pilates. I have before so am going to try the level 1.5 and 2 here. Instructor was very nice and attentive
