Her authenticity and genuine care for every single person in the room really shows through her coaching. She has incredible choreo that is challenging, but not overly complicated, all set to musical BANGERS. Not to mention, the classes are hard but so worth it, and will make you feel so accomplished afterwards. She is such a bright ray of sunshine and makes every single class feel special and like a *moment*. She also makes you feel seen and really makes an effort to connect with her riders, which not every teacher does. She creates magic in every class and you can tell how much her clients adore her - just by looking around the room today there were so many smiles. If you haven’t been to her class yet you are clearly hiding under a rock. She’s the best instructor at CC and there’s a reason her classes sell out quickly. Thank you ALWAYS for your contagious energy Mara! You are a gem.

see all reviewsI can’t express enough how wonderful Sarah is and how I admire her as a coach. Great and challenging Barry’s class as always, and I’ve taken Sarah’s classes before, but I was amazed by how she approached this workout in spite of a rough start - TLDR I showed up a few minutes before the start of class and Sarah and the rest of the 5:15 am class were waiting outside the studio. The opening manager had a flat tire so was late unlocking the studio - Sarah the entire time we waited apologetic and kept checking in on all of us while we waited. We then get into class - about ~10 min after the scheduled start, and somehow Sarah still managed to fit in all four class sets in a condensed time; but without making the class feel rushed. Same great energy and thoughtfulness was put into the workout and I was so grateful that I able to fit in my entire workout, even though we got started late. Sarah rocks, is incredibly professional and truly showed grace under pressure. Highly recommend taking a class of hers if you haven’t already.

Not for beginners though- I come to shred at least once or twice a week and it’s always a thorough full body workout. The only thing studio 3 could do better is a little more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Their water filter has the red light indicating the filter has to be changed and it’s been like that for like a year lol, and also the studios and locker room could use a deeper clean.
