This class was a little demonic haha. So many different exercises but it keeps it interesting to say the least! The trainer is kind and friendly and gives many alternatives all while switching places around the room to demo different movements. Because of the type of class this is, there’s really not a lot of ability for her to form check that well because of the sheer amount of people in class and the dimmed lights. Pacing is all your own and there’s a nice variety of weights to allow you to personalize it to your strength level. Truly though, I adore the fact that they have a class option that does not include the dreaded treadmill!!!!!

Kandace is such an amazing instructor. She always gives very specific instructions and tips about ways to move individual muscles and body parts to better support your body and express the pose, in a way that pushes me but never shames me about my own body’s limitations. It’s a difficult balance, but she somehow manages to make me feel calm, strong and capable, even when I struggle. I always feel 10 times better when I leave her class and eager to come back.

This class is so good. I was not expecting such a great experience and I now love yoga more. This class is not easy, it’s actually so challenging that I would not dare to do any of those poses by myself at home. But I’m so glad Irina helped me to try and find my limits. I can feel my flexibility is at the next level after the stretch. Class is small size (around 10 students) so instructor was able to correct everybody’s poses and offer adjustments. So much better than the other yoga studios that have 20-40 people per class and instructors don’t pay attention to individuals. I will definitely return and I’ll choose this studio over all the other yoga places that I’ve tried so far.

RJ is fantastic and I love learning so much at every class! It’s a great challenge. My advice to other beginners: keep coming back because at first you’ll be amazed at how much you learn each week. Progress, not perfection!

45 Min. HIITribe Circuit *Shoes Required*

Loving this class. 6 different stations with 5 exercises each. Each exercise for 1 min. Everything is clearly explained and written down as well, so easy to navigate. Mix of weights and cardio. Instructor has great energy and pays attention to people’s form.
