Love Marni! She patiently walks us through every pose, never rushing and always offering gentle, hands‑on adjustments to help us find the right alignment. What really sets her apart is that she goes through almost every flow alongside us, so you never feel like you’re left to figure things out on your own. Her clear, encouraging guidance makes even the toughest sequences feel accessible, and I always leave each session feeling stronger, more centered, and energized. If you’re looking for an instructor who truly meets you where you are and inspires you to grow, she’s the one.

Room is not big but has a good variety of equipments (stair climbers, ski machines, treadmills, air bikes, squat stands, etc.). Love the structure of the class (7-min rounds of different workouts) it makes you busy and not bored. I’m a beginner for fitness classes and this is challenging but not impossible as you can use lighter weights. Tracy checked in with me a few times during the class knowing I’m new, teaching me how to use equipments, the right postures and the right muscles to use.

Brianna gave excellent cues and doesn’t create a competitive environment (if you’ve been to certain kinds of yoga classes you know what I mean.) This class was FUN! High energy and low lights. Instructor asked if anyone was new and let us know this wasn’t a beginner class, so keeping up with the steps may be challenging for new folks, but it was a friendly, welcoming environment. NOHO

My first time doing an F45 class so I wasn’t sure what the space set up would be like. Had a great workout with today’s “hybrid” style class of cardio and strength training — I was dripping sweat halfway through class! I arrived 15 minutes early for first timer check in and didn’t realize that classes are back to back so the previous class was still cooling down when I got there. There is no front desk so I stood to the side of the entrance stairs for a while waiting for a first timer set up with a coach. I noticed people checking themselves in on a tablet so I checked myself in then with 10 minutes to go before class started I walked over to the coaches and introduced myself as a first timer needing help getting set up for class. I signed an electronic waiver and they explained the class format. There are several large monitors that are on a continuous loop video demonstrating each of the 18 movements of the circuit. I realize that they wouldn’t have known that I was the first timer but it did make it confusing at first not knowing who/where to check in with. The workout itself was a great full body workout! The music is loud so if you needed individual instruction on form I imagine it could possibly be difficult or distracting to hear the coach try to instruct you but they were more than happy to help answer my questions on certain movements or provide corrections during the workout. I definitely look forward to trying out more classes soon!

I never did a Hyrox workout before so I looked at YouTube. This class isn’t quite hyrox - it was 8 stations set up as intervals of 1:15 min on/ 20s off, repeat 8 times. The real hyrox isnt intervals, it’s just straight through. But this format kept it accessible for everyone, so that was nice. Instructor had so much energy. He was awesome and kept us going. Great playlist too. Throwback to all my fav college bangers for this elder millennial.

    Deep Stretch (in-studio)

SUCH a fantastic class. Wasn’t sure what exactly to expect. I was thinking maybe yin type postures, but no. This is a class for anyone who is either a) flexible and looking to really get deep into your more advanced postures (back bends, hamstrings stretches, etc) or b) not overly flexible but comfortable with the basics of yoga and looking to have time and the opportunity for hands on assistance to better access different postures that may seem out of reach otherwise. I fall into category a) and it was SO incredible to have an hour of practice dedicated to poses that I love but don’t get to practice because they are often skipped because few are flexible enough to make them a realistic part of most power classes. Such a unique treat of a class. The teacher Jialing was warm spirited and so kind. Her queuing and explanations were easy to understand, and her attention to each student was impressive, thank you again!

Class is 2 rounds of 9 different workouts (each workout is 40s on, 20s off, 40s on, 20s off). Combination of core/strength training and HIIT. Good variety of exercises and equipments used. Instructor is very welcoming and patient and kindly showed me how to do each workout and corrected my posture.

Elaine’s class was great. It was challenging but she encouraged everyone and the moves were great. A good mix of upper/lower. My husband and I really enjoyed her class. 10/10

Jeremy’s classes are my favorite this studio has to offer. The music is amazing, flows are creative, energy is chill and headcount isn’t overwhelming. It’s the perfect level of intensity.
