Good class, great energy from the instructor. Style of instruction is a little different from other teachers here - more peloton or cyclebar like with pushes and turning up and down the wheel numerous times in the same song. If you like that kind of class, you’d love Kaleigh.

I loved Zoey. It was my first class with her and she was amazing. The class was small so there was space between everyone. She would come and sit next to you while you’re working out, but it never felt uncomfortable. She provided a sense of comfort that made you push yourself further. Not out of embarrassment but because, well maybe you really can stay in position for another second. I loved the EDM theme as the music amped me up and helped me get out of my head about the way I look or about taking breaks. It was such an amazing environment.

I really enjoy this instructor; she is not only beautiful but also very attentive and corrects your movements. However, the atmosphere in the studio is not good. There are three personal training sessions and two group classes happening simultaneously in the same space, which makes it very noisy and difficult to focus. It’s hard to tell whether your instructor is speaking or if it's someone else nearby. That said, this is one of the few Pilates studios in the area, so I hope they can find ways to improve the environment in the future.

It was my first class and Carol was so welcoming. I also like how she corrected my posture. Just getting into Yoga so it was challenging. Great class!

Loved the class! It was fun and Janet was super helpful on getting me set up for my first class. You will not get it all the first time, but so look forward to coming more often and improving my technique. Awesome place.
