    Class format was 4 stations with 4 exercises at each station. Every exercise was for 1 min so didn’t get bored but movements were simple enough that I was feeling it. Things like goblet squats, curtesy lunges, med ball slams and weighted step ups. Room has screens with the exercises so felt pretty organized. Room has a countdown clock as well, but it wasn’t working today. Instructor was a bit hard to hear but he had great energy nonetheless.

This gym posts all the workouts on their Instagram, so check that out in advance to see if you’d be comfortable. I’ve been doing clean/snatches for a decade but still had to hustle to keep up with the sequence of 3 reps every minute and adding weight each round (for 10 min). Need to load the bar and set up super quickly!!

    Alex has an uncanny ability to get the best out of his students — many of us did things we’ve never done before, yet it’s always of our own volition. We never feel pushed too far by him. Alex also explains things in ways that are intuitive to grasp. Really one of a kind yoga teacher.
