Katie is a fantastic teacher - cues are spot on, hard drills, and engages the riders. wish there was more triceps workout during the weights portion though this goes for all of the instructors - feel like we always emphasize shoulders and biceps and ignore the triceps.

Waverly is a modern day orchestra conductor. She is a great instructor, and somehow manages to keep track of and provide verbal cues to keep the treadmill group and the floor group on top of their respective workout routines. She does not physically modify your form during the class, but verbally states modifications that you can take. Very good class, nice sweat, good room air circulation, and all-around great workout.

I really like this studio and prefer to come here over Soul/Fly when im in town- this studio is beautiful, the staff is welcoming/helpful. HOWEVER- not sure if it’s the instructors ive taken or the general format but classes definitely skew on the fast side. Personally I’d prefer more than one hill (and I don’t consider a mid-70s BPM a hill) for a better mix and more accessibility for riders (only a handful of whom in each class I took cold keep up with the beats and added choreo)

John is a riot! Didn't think about how hard I was working because he was cracking me up the whole time, but I worked up a serious sweat. Fast paced, energetic. Studio has two sides and two front desks for check-in, which is a little bananas -- allow a little extra time for your first visit.

This was my first spin class in a few years, and I really appreciated that I could hear the instructor, that she gave tips about form that I could follow, and that she kept class fun and positive even as she encouraged us to work hard. I'll go back!

Amazing class. I loved that Bethany provided adequate clear instructions at the beginning on how the bikes work and the different metrics on the screen. Very helpful for an instructor to walk through! Also her drills and motivation in class were top notch. Thank you for an amazing ride. Will be back to take more classes with Bethany.

Loved this class and the instructor was awesome! I was visiting from Miami and I wish we had a studio like this back home. I loved how cycling was paired up with floor exercises. Wish I could come here all the time.

Good workout, nice instructor.. only small complaint it was hard to hear, never knew what torq to be at or if we should be in the seat. Lots of choreography (tap backs, etc). Wish they turned on the fans too!!

Favorite yoga guide. I will go to her classes at any studio because I alway learn so much and the balance between the physical and mental is always on point. That sounds silly but so often I either get a good workout OR the spiritual side but rarely both. Ashley rocks!

Good workout but could use more attention to form and energetic instruction on spinning portion. There was also a crossfit class happening on the floor so space was a bit tough but running stairs outside was good

Catherine is a rock star! She gives clear prompts with encouragement, provides options for modifications, and *worked* us through full series while she works alongside us to demonstrate alignment and posture and range options. An hour felt like 30 minutes, tops. Love the light-filled space, and had tons of room. Leave extra time to get signed in as a guest, if it's your first time to the studio. (Parking could be a potential downside, depending on time and day.)
