Not for beginners though- I come to shred at least once or twice a week and it’s always a thorough full body workout. The only thing studio 3 could do better is a little more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Their water filter has the red light indicating the filter has to be changed and it’s been like that for like a year lol, and also the studios and locker room could use a deeper clean.

Dani and Monica did a great job of actually going around and correcting people’s form and giving cues which I don’t always see at F45 gyms, so I highly recommend taking a class with either of them! Parking in downtown Kirkland can be tricky, but there’s free parking at the library and it’s only a few mins to walk over from there! Even tho it’s not the closest F45 to me, I think I would come back for the great coaching!

During the class, the music wasn’t too loud and we got clear instructions on everything along with modifications to fit our needs. It helped that another student was friendly as well, especially since it was my first time at a HIIT class. I highly recommend this class :)
