    Love Ri, but some of the weights sequences aren’t very efficient. Class was lots of compound movements that didn’t really make sense together - like a deadlift to row or weighted squat with front raise - since I use vastly different size weights for each exercise. Would rather choose challenging weights for each exercise.

    Despite some technology snafus, Tracy pulled through and led us in this heart pumping class. Her relentless encouragement and one liners about "you can do anything for 30 seconds" and "not everyone gets up at 4:49am to do what you do and my favorite "if you aren't pukin you ain't workin"! made the class fly by.     Honestly THE best class I’ve been to so far!!! And I’m saying this after attending solidcore, soulcycle etc. I felt so good after this workout. The only downside is the room got pretty hot at like 40mins mark so I almost felt dizzy and wanted to leave but thank god the instructor opened the door a little and I was fine after!! Would have given this class 10/10 if the class was 45mins long.

    Wonderful instruction and fun idea. I cycle a lot, and it’s a lot of fun how different instructors entertain and challenge during a class. I will say unfortunately the music/music videos were not at all my taste (alt-rock, pop-punk, and EDM predominantly) but it wasn’t lost on me that the instructor did try to mix genres, and I can’t fault her at all for my personal taste. Please do themed rides, this is such a fun idea!

    F45 is a WORKOUT in every sense of the word. The first class I attended was a marathon workout with two minute intervals and 30 seconds of rest. The 30 seconds felt like three seconds but overall it was a great experience. I felt like I worked out all of my muscles groups while strengthening my stamina.     I love HIIT Lab - great instructors, good vibes, great community feel. Its always super clean! Locally + women owned, hurrah! It's basically a locally owned Barry's with more of a community feel. The con is that sometimes the programming feels random and not very thoughtful. In this class, the first floor set was three different ab exercises and then burpees? Felt like somebody threw darts to pick exercises. I'll keep coming back, but I often end up modifying or subbing in different movements for myself. Better programming would really make this place amazing :D

    Really relaxing, instructor was very kind and helpful. Small class size was great. If you are sensitive to dizziness though this type of class is not for you. The inversions did make me dizzy. Although you don’t ever have to do those, inversions were about half of the time using the aerial silks, so if you opted to not do those then you are better off just taking a regular yoga class.

    There is signage for Transform 180, but also still the Denali Fitness signage from a recent acquisition. I was emailed key access and asked to download the Kisi app, but did not need it at this location (as of 2/22/24 anyway). Plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Locker room and class space are both upstairs. Enjoyed the upbeat Barre class.
