see all reviewsPhew - class was a toughie this week but awesome! Fadil does a good job of gently challenging you …if you’re motivated to find your edge/limit, he’ll challenge you to pick up the heavier weights and burn out your muscle. He pays attention - if you look too comfortable, he’ll say something! 😅😂 But I also say he’s very encouraging and can adjust if/when you need to modify. I was maxed towards the end of class and he was supportive of any adjustments I made. I always push myself hard in his class!

This gym posts all the workouts on their Instagram, so check that out in advance to see if you’d be comfortable. I’ve been doing clean/snatches for a decade but still had to hustle to keep up with the sequence of 3 reps every minute and adding weight each round (for 10 min). Need to load the bar and set up super quickly!!

The space is very clean (no shoes inside), spacious, and well decorated. Rachel's class was the best vinyasa flow I've had in a long time. Her verbal cues were great, really telling you where to squeeze, where to push, and body awareness responses. The pacing was also superb, it wasn't so fast that I felt like my breath and movement couldn't sync up naturally. Overall I loved it and plan to be back!
