I really appreciated that she checked in on me throughout the workout, provided mods, and even joined me when she saw my arms were starting to give out lol. Definitely plan on coming back!

see all reviewsDerrick was cracking jokes the moment I walked in, which put me at ease instantly. The workout was well-paced with plenty of room for short breaks. It was definitely the best workout of my week and I’m grateful Derrick was there to challenge and support me. I’ll be back for sure.
