About this studio

With over a decade of experience, Red Dot Fitness has assisted with and helped celebrate the success of their clients. From youth to senior, novice to elite, and through a wide-reaching variety of performance and lifestyle goals, they provide the direction, support, and motivation necessary for results that would otherwise be unobtainable. Red Dot Fitness offers 1:1 Private, Semi-Private, and Small Group Personal Training Sessions and they pride themselves on catering to all fitness levels and abilities. Group Sessions are limited to 4-8 individuals to maintain the quality of each session. They are available for complimentary consultations to answer any questions and guide prospective participants into the right training environment and session based on their needs and goals.

Operation NOT with Ryan
Overall a great workout. Ryan has a challenging workout, was attentive and helpful explaining how to use equipment and have good form (some exercises were new to me). I am still sore two days later! The classes are on the expensive side, but it’s worth it.

TARGETED Total Body Conditioning (Combo) with Caitlin
The workout combos were hard and great but the overall energy in the class was low. Music not loud enough and instructor not hyping up enough. It’s not like going to an energy filled group class at Orangetheory Fitness. On top that, their group class memberships are actually more expensive than OTF which is very ballsy of them to do given the OTF studio is right across the street and has is advanced in terms of energy levels, music choices, technology and overall feel of a boutique studio.

TARGETED Total Body Conditioning (Lower Focus) with Zachary
I came in not knowing what the structure would be or the vibe of the gym, instructor, and other attendees. Overall, I am very pleasantly surprised by my experience! From walking in, the employees are super nice. The class size was very small (5 people total that day) and the class was broken up into a dynamic warm-up at the beginning, followed by 3-4 “sequences” (ie. circuits) containing 3 exercises in each one. I loved the variation each sequence provided, and they were really challenging exercises but nothing overly discouraging. Zach made sure that everyone worked to their full potential and gave pointers and words of encouragement whenever he could. He was super outgoing and willing to answer any questions I had (plus his pit bull Roxy was an awesome workout companion)! I would definitely come back again!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
