About this studio

With over a decade of experience, Red Dot Fitness has assisted with and helped celebrate the success of their clients. From youth to senior, novice to elite, and through a wide-reaching variety of performance and lifestyle goals, they provide the direction, support, and motivation necessary for results that would otherwise be unobtainable. Red Dot Fitness offers 1:1 Private, Semi-Private, and Small Group Personal Training Sessions and they pride themselves on catering to all fitness levels and abilities. Group Sessions are limited to 4-8 individuals to maintain the quality of each session. They are available for complimentary consultations to answer any questions and guide prospective participants into the right training environment and session based on their needs and goals.

Very welcoming! Kicked my butt and I had a blast doing it.
TARGETED Total Body Conditioning (Lower Focus) with Zachary
I came in not knowing what the structure would be or the vibe of the gym, instructor, and other attendees. Overall, I am very pleasantly surprised by my experience! From walking in, the employees are super nice. The class size was very small (5 people total that day) and the class was broken up into a dynamic warm-up at the beginning, followed by 3-4 “sequences” (ie. circuits) containing 3 exercises in each one. I loved the variation each sequence provided, and they were really challenging exercises but nothing overly discouraging. Zach made sure that everyone worked to their full potential and gave pointers and words of encouragement whenever he could. He was super outgoing and willing to answer any questions I had (plus his pit bull Roxy was an awesome workout companion)! I would definitely come back again!
DIRECT H.I.I.T with Krysta
Very hard workout which was great but the instructor kept chatting with another trainer while we worked out which was kind of weird and she didn’t lead a stretch afterwards which was also kind of weird. A good class though!

Operation NOT is great for those of us that are looking to focus on muscle groups like the gluteal muscles, deep ab muscles and supporting should muscles. It is a great workout. Definitely brought me out my comfort zone in a fun and challenging way. Zach was my coach. He was detailed, fun and supportive. He was very attentive to form and gave great tips and mindful corrections. He was also very knowledgeable on anatomy and explaining the reasoning behind certain positions which appreciated.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
