About this studio

With over a decade of experience, Red Dot Fitness has assisted with and helped celebrate the success of their clients. From youth to senior, novice to elite, and through a wide-reaching variety of performance and lifestyle goals, they provide the direction, support, and motivation necessary for results that would otherwise be unobtainable. Red Dot Fitness offers 1:1 Private, Semi-Private, and Small Group Personal Training Sessions and they pride themselves on catering to all fitness levels and abilities. Group Sessions are limited to 4-8 individuals to maintain the quality of each session. They are available for complimentary consultations to answer any questions and guide prospective participants into the right training environment and session based on their needs and goals.

DIRECT H.I.I.T with Grady
Grady was awesome. By far the best class I have taken at Res Dot. He really paid attention to form and spent time to help correct. Class was super hard but energizing.

Good workout! Felt myself work on muscles that I haven't worked on in a while

the exercises chosen were good, but I wish Krysta played more upbeat music. Also, the 2 times I've taken her class she ends up chatting with someone on the side in the middle of our workout, it's unprofessional and makes it feel like you're just following along to a workout on the screen if there's no one there to push you. This studio is just missing energy. Maybe it's the instructors, maybe the music, the members?

Excellent work out! Love this gym, everyone is really friendly and they have the cutest dog. You get what you put into the workout, but itll kick your butt regardless. Theyre good at coming around and checking your form, classes are small.

I was new to this studio, and it would have been helpful if the front desk told me what to do while I was waiting for class to start. The sequences were very effective and I was sore after! More demos by the instructor would be helpful for a newbie.

Would have been good to know that this class is for beginners. The trainer spent a lot of time talking to another trainer. To me that was distracting and there was barely any energy in the group. HOWEVER, they did notice I wasn't challenged and they invited me to their "operation NOT" class, this had a much better trainer and was a more challenging class.

Ryan is a great instructor, keeps motivation up and has great form instruction. I like this gym a lot.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
