She made sure to tailor her instructions with small fixes so you can modify your body positioning right when you are starting the move, rather than correcting when something doesn’t feel right. Room is somewhat small but just big enough for the class size. Instructor did a good job of explaining and demonstrating workouts. Will definitely be back.
