    What a fun workout! The front desk staff member was so welcoming and gave a great introduction for my first time. The instructor was also really nice and helped me get set up on my bike. The only thing I would say is that I wish we could have more time in transitioning, especially to yoga, because my heart rate was still very high from the strength portion, and it would’ve been better to feel more relaxed heading into something like yoga. Regardless, it was still a great experience and I would definitely come back!

    Can I get a Woooooooo!!! Talia’s energy is fire!!! Workout had me out of breath. Thanks for the complimentary towel because I be sweating buckets with those Ski’ers then side box jumps into a weighted squat combo 15 second rest 4 sets doozy. Hahaha. I love it. So many stations targeting specific muscle groups. It’s 2024 people, let’s not make excuses like 2023. Get after it! F45 Mountain View for the win!

    First time at F45 and can’t wait to come back! Rudy was awesome in guiding me through the stations the entire time, easing into the exercises and helping me improve my form, and hyping me up. Loved his energy! I liked that you could go as hard or as easy as you need to at each station. The class was challenging yet familiar so I didn’t feel lost, so this class would be good for all fitness levels.

    Lavonte's NOHO class today was awesome. HIIT style , 18 stations, gets you really working and sweaty. He also suggests individual suggestions to challenge you. and also comes over to help correct your form as needed. Energizing class. This class was intense in a good way!

    This was my first F45 class and I have to say it’s one of the best beginner classes I’ve been to on ClassPass. It was a great workout but more importantly, it was such a supportive environment! The instructor, coaches, and other people working out were so encouraging and definitely made me feel welcomed! Highly recommend this location/instructor to others and will come again!

    Reformer Pilates

    The first class I took was for reformer Pilates and my experience overall has been great and very enjoyable. Very clean and fun environment (even the music is great). Our instructor is awesome and was very considerate to everyone’s capabilities. This was the first workout class I have done in almost a year and I am so thankful to begin my new health journey with Pacific Spin & Strength. I will definitely be back!

    Intro to Kickboxing (MANDATORY First Class)

    Would recommend! Coach Brian is excellent. He is very patient and makes sure everybody is using the right technique. In the Intro class, he walked through the punches, kicks, and knees in depth and taught us how to position ourselves. I have done some cardio kickboxing classes before but this class really helped me understand the fundamentals much better. I definitely recommend this for beginners! In terms of stuff to bring, I recommend bringing your own gloves and hand wraps if you have them. They will provide gloves if you don't have them though.

    Didnt see a lot of reviews decided to try it anyways. I love a good hiit class but can never find one with good music. The vibes are definitely here. This class was pretty full so come early to get a desired spot. The only thing is I wish someone navigated setting up for the new people. The regulars are so nice and welcoming so they do help you out. This class is for all levels.
