Both Lavonte and Jeff were very welcoming and encouraging, and they were great about correcting my posture throughout the session. Everyone, including the members, were very friendly. I loved how the environment was full of encouragement without any judgement.

see all reviewsGreat class! The gym itself is incredibly spacious much bigger than the other F45 gyms I’ve been in. The class was half size so you could get additional input from the coaches. The coaches do a good job of walking around the class and providing modifications, tips to do to improve form, and encourage you as a member. Sunnyvale has a different set up than most F45s with MWF being strength days and T/Th/S classes being cardio/hybrid days. After class, I used their showers which were well maintained. I was offered a towel as needed. Shower was spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers within the space. I will be returning eagerly!

The music was great and we ended with stretching too. There is a parking lot with plenty of spaces too. Everyone was really friendly too. We’ll be back!

We did half of the class on the floor with benches and weights, and the other half with a med ball on mats for mat pilates. Ended with stretching & everyone was super welcoming :)
