    PowerRyde

If you’re bored by the typical “stand up-sit down a few times” classes at other places, you need to go to Griselda’s class on Sundays. She starts off classes strong and keeps that energy going for the entire hour. Even if you’ve been going to cycle classes for years, you’re going to leave so proud of yourself (and humbled lol). If you’re new, you are still encouraged to try and know you can modify!

That was fun! First time at this gym and doing CrossFit. Lots of helpful cues for correcting form, and an encouraging energy amongst the instructor and class. It was challenging to the point I was slowing down by the end, but not too challenging where I could still walk out of there. Would recommend for a nice sweat.

    HIIT

I've been to the Weights and HIIT classes with Mike and they are both intense, but rewarding. I don't have a lot of experience with strength and resistance training, so it has been super helpful to have Mike walk us through all the exercises and pointing out how to use the proper form. The class sizes are also pretty small so you get more attention from the instructor and can ask questions if you have any.

    Build a Booty

I had a booty class today and came from ClassPass. It's my first time coming here and first time attending a class here as well. I went to the front desk and they assisted me. They didn't check me in or anything, only asked for my number and I showed my class reservation. The gym is so big and a nice girl helped guide me to where the class was. Great service from her and didn't catch her name. She was wearing blue and white nike dunks. Aside from that, the class itself was challenging. I don't lift super heavy anymore and am focused on toning up and maintaining. The booty class had 3 diff workouts. 1st one I did were RDLs, 4 heavy working sets of 8, 2nd were step ups, 3 working sets of 8 and lastly 100 hip thrusts. YES. ONE HUNDRED. I thought I was dying and I've never done that before but now I can say I did! It was 35 lbs though but I still did that! Amazing class and instructor.. she really pushes you.

Located in the EVO sports expo. Great session! Very small class size so the instructor puts a lot of attention on what you're doing and has a lot of insight into form correction and how to properly do a lift step-by-step. Little bit of cardio at the end to keep things engaging. Would come back!
