Class was great! I love that it was free and it was a good circuit workout working different body parts. Afterwards, there was a much needed stretch session with bands. My biggest gripe was the person working the front desk was not friendly towards newcomers.

One of the best Rumble classes I’ve ever taken! Brooke is so high energy and dedicated to her instructing. Super well explained, well thought out and planned for a massive room full of people. The class/Brooke was able to keep me incredibly present on the workout, when there were so many other things floating around in my head and on my to do list when I walked in. Thank you Brooke!!!

The first class I took was for reformer Pilates and my experience overall has been great and very enjoyable. Very clean and fun environment (even the music is great). Our instructor is awesome and was very considerate to everyone’s capabilities. This was the first workout class I have done in almost a year and I am so thankful to begin my new health journey with Pacific Spin & Strength. I will definitely be back!

Workout was awesome from start to finish. Highly recommend in general. And recommend for the small group style that helps alleviate any awkwardness of being in an over capacity class.

Intro to Kickboxing (MANDATORY First Class)

Would recommend! Coach Brian is excellent. He is very patient and makes sure everybody is using the right technique. In the Intro class, he walked through the punches, kicks, and knees in depth and taught us how to position ourselves. I have done some cardio kickboxing classes before but this class really helped me understand the fundamentals much better. I definitely recommend this for beginners! In terms of stuff to bring, I recommend bringing your own gloves and hand wraps if you have them. They will provide gloves if you don't have them though.

Eversley was a great instructor. Very funny and definitely gave us a great workout. The workout started off with some light cardio, then some bag and pad work, some sparring, and then bodyweight exercises to finish off. Great pace for beginners. They also provide gloves if you need them, but I recommend bringing your own for sanitary reasons.

    Litness Fitness

This was a fun class but I wished the workout was harder. Class was held on the Elite Pro side. The coach had great energy. Mostly women taking the class and very empowering feminist energy which I loved. I think this class is perfect for those who are just getting back into working out and need high energy to feel motivated. They mentioned they host night classes at 6pm where they turn off the lights and give glow sticks which sounds fun! We did a lot of partner workouts so if you’re cautious about interacting with others maybe pick the boxing next door. Class had great mainstream music choices

    Intro to Kickboxing

Having gone to this class a couple times already, I love how each class is different and the instructor teaches new things every class. Sometimes the combos can be tricky, but it is never overwhelming and it is really gratifying to feel like I am improving. The small class size is a plus and the instructor isn't afraid to call out your technique if you are doing something wrong. Definitely recommend especially if you want to get better at kickboxing and Muay Thai!

This gym has a very kind, strong, family oriented environment! I’m a complete beginner at boxing (no prior experience whatsoever, let alone be in a gym) and I received tons of useful insight, advice, and lots of love from all the members of the gym when I asked for help. I will say that if you are a beginner with no experience, this gym may not be for you unless you are willing to step out of your comfort zone to gain knowledge of the environment and to reach out for help. There was no orientation leading into my class so I constantly had to ask multiple members for direction about what was going on and what to even do. The first 30 minutes was a warm-up cardio, the next 45-ish minutes were shadow boxing, and then finally a cool down cardio session. My biggest advice, if you do choose to attend this gym, is to be bold, ASK FOR HELP (everyone is so willing to help you as long as you speak up!!!), and be willing to work and learn!

The facility has rooms for you to change in if you do have a gi. The instructor will show the technique and then you partner up and try it out. He will come around and correct your form.
