see all reviewsIf you’re bored by the typical “stand up-sit down a few times” classes at other places, you need to go to Griselda’s class on Sundays. She starts off classes strong and keeps that energy going for the entire hour. Even if you’ve been going to cycle classes for years, you’re going to leave so proud of yourself (and humbled lol). If you’re new, you are still encouraged to try and know you can modify!

see all reviewsI enjoyed the high-intensity workout class because it was challenging and kept me motivated. The instructor was great, giving clear instructions and helpful tips. The space was well-organized and had all the necessary equipment. The positive energy from the group made the workout more fun. Overall, it was a great experience that left me feeling energized and accomplished.

see all reviewsAfter hearing so many great feedback about Title and Tom, finally I found the no-traffic day to try: thanks Tom for working on Independent Day! People were so friendly here. The instructor and manager, Tom, is so passionate and professional toward boxing. He KNOWS. Tom gave an orientation to first timers and it was so helpful for both experienced and new boxers. Regarding the class itself, everyone would find it challenging and fun despite each individual’s boxing experience! And I understand why they require first-timers to arrive at least 15 minutes early: the orientation is crucial (and would significantly ease your nerve if you are a beginner). Thanks Tom! Will definitely come back!

see all reviewsA 6am class is never easy, but the staff of Rumble boxing made it a fantastic start to the day! I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked through the door and was given a quick tour and shown to my locker (which had my name and a personal welcome message!) Isaiah was the trainer and he was phenomenal! His energy was through the roof from start to finish and it was evident that he knew his stuff! Great workout and beginner friendly for those new to boxing and easy to enhance for those who have boxed before. Highly recommend!

see all reviewsThis gym has a very kind, strong, family oriented environment! I’m a complete beginner at boxing (no prior experience whatsoever, let alone be in a gym) and I received tons of useful insight, advice, and lots of love from all the members of the gym when I asked for help. I will say that if you are a beginner with no experience, this gym may not be for you unless you are willing to step out of your comfort zone to gain knowledge of the environment and to reach out for help. There was no orientation leading into my class so I constantly had to ask multiple members for direction about what was going on and what to even do. The first 30 minutes was a warm-up cardio, the next 45-ish minutes were shadow boxing, and then finally a cool down cardio session. My biggest advice, if you do choose to attend this gym, is to be bold, ASK FOR HELP (everyone is so willing to help you as long as you speak up!!!), and be willing to work and learn!

see all reviewsHaving gone to this class a couple times already, I love how each class is different and the instructor teaches new things every class. Sometimes the combos can be tricky, but it is never overwhelming and it is really gratifying to feel like I am improving. The small class size is a plus and the instructor isn't afraid to call out your technique if you are doing something wrong. Definitely recommend especially if you want to get better at kickboxing and Muay Thai!

They warmup with BJJ solo drills (shrimp, fwd rolls, etc). Coach will teach a technique and then you do some partner work. You can spar at the end of class but you don’t have to roll if you don’t want to or you can do some positional sparring. Everyone was cool. Great workout
