She starts off classes strong and keeps that energy going for the entire hour. Even if you’ve been going to cycle classes for years, you’re going to leave so proud of yourself (and humbled lol). She provided plenty of modifications for this individual. This class was a tough class for a beginner. But those of us who have been going for a while absolutely loved it but hated it at times. IYKYK. Lindsay always makes you work and sweats. She helps push you when needed and will help you modify as well. Killer class. Almost felt like a MegaTOUGH or I was not as strong today.

I really appreciated that she checked in on me throughout the workout, provided mods, and even joined me when she saw my arms were starting to give out lol. Definitely plan on coming back!

To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

I don't have a lot of experience with strength and resistance training, so it has been super helpful to have Mike walk us through all the exercises and pointing out how to use the proper form. They didn't check me in or anything, only asked for my number and I showed my class reservation. The gym is so big and a nice girl helped guide me to where the class was. Great service from her and didn't catch her name. She was wearing blue and white nike dunks. Aside from that, the class itself was challenging. I don't lift super heavy anymore and am focused on toning up and maintaining. The booty class had 3 diff workouts. 1st one I did were RDLs, 4 heavy working sets of 8, 2nd were step ups, 3 working sets of 8 and lastly 100 hip thrusts. YES. ONE HUNDRED. I thought I was dying and I've never done that before but now I can say I did! It was 35 lbs though but I still did that! Amazing class and instructor.. she really pushes you.
